We are governed by a responsible Board, The members of which are not on the staff of EMDCS. Only the Managing Director who is the CEO of the organization, oversee the organization's financial practices, and review ministry accomplishments.
We obtain an annual audit which is performed by an independent public accounting firm in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards with financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
We have a functioning audit review committee appointed by the Board for the purpose fo reviewing the annual audit and reporting its findings to the Board. Audited statements of accounts is submitted to the Home Ministry of Government of India every year
We provide copies of our current audited financial statements upon written request with consent of the Board.
We seek to conduct our activities with the highest standards of integrity and avoid conflicts of interest. Our fundraising appeals are clearly identify the purpose and programs to which donations will be applied, and we ensure that donation are used for the purpose for which they are raised
Rev. Sanjit Pani was born and raised in the state of Orissa in very remote place called Serango. He did his B.D in Solid Rock Theological Seminary in Kerala. After his B.D course He involved in teaching ministry in the Bible College. He worked as Missionary among all the International Students those who come to India in different Universities (IMFI). He had a privilege of working even with Free Methodist Church of India as Missionary for 3 years. God has opened the way for Master Degree .So He did his MASTER OF THEOLOGY in branch of Theology in Immanuel Baptist Theological Seminary, Sharpsburg, Georgia in USA in Extension in India in New Delhi. He is current Director of EMDC MINISTRY in Odisha.EMDC ministry works for tribal in Odisha as well as A.P in India. He is married to Mamina Pani and they have one son.
